Nicole Webb, CEO, LMFT #100628


A licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Nicole has worked extensively with children over the past fifteen years as a program director, therapist, adjunct professor, behaviorist, and camp director. Nicole received a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child and Adolescent Development and Psychology from California State University, Northridge.


Currently, Nicole is an adjunct professor at California State within the Child and Adolescent Development department. Throughout Nicole’s career, she has worked closely with children and teens with autism spectrum disorder, children with behavioral challenges, trauma, and other various special needs or mental health conditions.


Nicole’s dedication to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the community has prompted her to start New Growth Family Therapy & Consulting in Los Angeles. With the understanding of her unique clients and families, Nicole has developed several pieces of training; including parent or staff training to help the community understand her clients. Nicole has trained and spoken at local universities, school programs, and various other organizations. She has also spoken internationally on topics related to autism and treatment modalities. Nicole believes that all humans deserve the right to quality mental health services, education, and inclusive opportunities within the Los Angeles community.
